December – March
Peak season — high demand for ski and snow adventures in Revelstoke.
April – June
Shoulder season — milder weather with lower rates as the snow melts.
July – September
Peak season — hiking, biking, and outdoor adventures under long sunny days.
October – November
Shoulder season — golden foliage and quieter roads at lower rates.

Pay in full at the time of booking and receive a 15% refund on your daily rate once your reservation is confirmed. Available for both Summer 2026 and Winter 2026/2027 seasons.

Early Bird Promotion — Terms & Conditions
- •Reservation must be paid in full at the standard (non-discounted) rate at the time of booking.
- •A 15% refund on the daily rate will be issued once the reservation is confirmed.
- •Discount applies to the daily rental rate only. Taxes, add-ons, accessories, and one-way fees are not eligible.
- •Summer 2026: Reservations must be placed between April 6, 2026 and May 31, 2026 for travel July – September 2026.
- •Winter 2026/2027: Reservations must be placed between April 6, 2026 and October 31, 2026 for travel December 2026 – March 2027.
- •Cannot be combined with other offers or promotions. Subject to vehicle availability.
Additional Charges
One-Way Drop-Off Fees
- •Kelowna (YLW): $230
- •Calgary (YYC): $750
- •Vancouver (YVR): $850
- •Edmonton (YEG): $800
Late Return
- •3-hour grace period
- •After grace period an additional day is charged
Cleaning Fee
- •$50–$150 if vehicle requires extra cleaning
- •Smoking/vaping: Up to $1,000 cleaning/damage fee
Fuel Service
- •Market rate + $20 service fee if not refueled on return
Mileage Overage
- •$0.19/km for distances over 200 km/day
After-Hours Pickup/Return
- •$25 fee for pickup or return outside office hours

Insurance Information
Insurance requirements vary based on your residency. BC residents are typically covered through their existing ICBC policy. Out-of-province and international visitors may need additional coverage.
