Seasonal Pricing
Rates vary by season. We operate four seasonal rate periods throughout the year.
Winter
December – March
Peak season — high demand for ski and snow adventures in Revelstoke.
Spring
April – June
Shoulder season — milder weather with lower rates as the snow melts.
Summer
July – September
Peak season — hiking, biking, and outdoor adventures under long sunny days.
Fall
October – November
Shoulder season — golden foliage and quieter roads at lower rates.

Additional Charges
One-Way Drop-Off Fees
- •Kelowna (YLW): $230
- •Calgary (YYC): $750
- •Vancouver (YVR): $850
- •Edmonton (YEG): $800
Late Return
- •An hour’s grace on your return, then $15 an hour. Past 4 hours it’s another day.
- •$15 per started hour after the grace period; past 4 hours a full day is charged
Cleaning Fee
- •$100 for excessive dirt, mud or sand; $250 for severe soiling
- •Smoking/vaping: Up to $1,000 cleaning/damage fee
Fuel Service
- •Local pump price + $0.22/L, plus a $9.99 service charge if the car comes back below its pick-up fuel level. Prepaid fuel is available ($64.99 sedan, $79.99 SUV, $99.99 full-size; $39.99 charging) and isn’t refunded if unused
Mileage Overage
- •$0.25/km over the included distance; prepaid distance packages are $0.19/km, added to your allowance, and unused kilometres aren’t refunded
Winter Tire Levy
- •$4.99/day, capped at $39.99 per rental — October through April
Additional Drivers
- •$30 per additional driver, waived for immediate family — every driver must be listed
After-Hours Pickup/Return
- •Free — pickup and return outside office hours run through the 24/7 self-serve flow

Insurance Information
Insurance requirements vary based on your residency. Basic ICBC Autoplan does not automatically cover rentals — BC residents need RoadStar/RoadStar Plus or other rental coverage. Out-of-province and international visitors may need additional coverage. Our Standard ($9/day) and Enhanced ($13/day) damage waivers cap what you pay for damage to the car.
