Zero tolerance smoking/vaping policy
- •No smoking or vaping in any vehicle
- •Violation fee: Up to $1,000 cleaning/damage fee
- •This policy is strictly enforced
Pet Policy
Pets ride with our advance OK, in a carrier or clipped into a pet harness
- •Pets need our written OK — ask when you book
- •Carrier or pet harness at all times
- •$100 pet deposit — kept if there is any pet hair at return, returned if the car comes back hair-free or your pet stayed in a carrier
- •$250 hypoallergenic cleaning where hair or soiling needs it, with the deposit applied to it
Mileage Policy
200 km/day included with all rentals
- •200 km per day included
- •$0.25/km over the included distance; prepaid distance packages are $0.19/km and add to your allowance
- •Odometer readings recorded at pickup and return
Late Return Policy
An hour’s grace on your return. After that, it’s $15 for every hour, and past 4 hours it’s a full day instead.

Minimum Rental
1 day minimum rental
- •Minimum rental period is 1 day (24 hours)

Payment & Non-Payment
Valid payment method required at all times during rental
- •A valid payment card on file for every rental — a credit card, or a debit card under our debit rules (Visa Debit by phone with a staff member or in person; other debit cards in person at the office)
- •If your payment fails and we cannot reach you, we will ask for the vehicle back in writing. A vehicle kept past that demand may be reported to police as overdue, and we may recover it.

Security Deposit
Security is $300 for a sedan, $1,000 for an SUV and $2,500 for a full-size or the 4Runner — one amount, not one per reason. It is separate from your rental total and the $50 deposit.

Important Notice
All policies are outlined in your rental agreement. By signing the agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these policies. Violations may result in additional charges or termination of the rental.
Additional Information
Vehicle Equipment
All vehicles have automatic transmission. All vehicles equipped with premium 3-peak mountain snowflake rated winter tires during winter months (Oct–Apr). All vehicles come equipped with standard safety features and are regularly maintained.
Fuel Policy
All vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and should be returned full. If the vehicle is returned with less than a full tank, missing fuel is charged at the local pump price plus $0.22/L, along with a $9.99 refuelling service charge.
Cleaning
Vehicles should be returned in a reasonably clean condition. Normal dirt from mountain driving is expected. Excessive dirt, sand or mud is a $100 clean; severe soiling is $250. Smoking or vaping in a vehicle is charged at the documented cost of clearing it, up to $1,000. Anything else out of the ordinary is charged at what it costs us, with the invoice to show you.
