Please review our policies before your rental. These guidelines help us maintain our fleet and provide the best experience for all guests.
Smoking Policy
Zero tolerance smoking/vaping policy
- •No smoking or vaping in any vehicle
- •Violation fee: Up to $1,000 cleaning/damage fee

Pet Policy
Short hair pets only, must be in a kennel at all times

Mileage Policy
200 km/day included with all rentals

- •$0.19/km for distances over 200 km/day

3-hour grace period for late returns. After the grace period, an additional day will be charged.

Minimum Rental
1 day minimum rental
- •Minimum rental period is 1 day (24 hours)
- •Hourly rentals are not available

Payment & Non-Payment
Valid payment method required at all times during rental
- •Credit card required on file
- •If your credit card is declined and we cannot reach you, the vehicle may be reported as stolen after 48 hours.

Important Notice
All policies are outlined in your rental agreement. By signing the agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these policies. Violations may result in additional charges or termination of the rental.
Additional Information
Vehicle Equipment
All vehicles have automatic transmission. All vehicles equipped with premium winter tires (October - April). All vehicles come equipped with standard safety features and are regularly maintained.
Fuel Policy
All vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and should be returned full. If the vehicle is returned with less than a full tank, you will be charged for the fuel plus a $20 refueling service fee.
Cleaning
Vehicles should be returned in a reasonably clean condition. Normal dirt from mountain driving is expected, but excessive dirt, sand, mud, or debris may result in a cleaning fee.
