How to Reach Us After Hours
Office hours: Mon–Fri 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Sat 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Outside these times, use the options below.

Texts received outside response hours will be answered during the next available window.

Call +1 250-814-6000. Phone lines are available 7 days/week, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM. Outside these hours, leave a voicemail and we'll return your call the next morning.

Emergencies & Roadside
24/7 roadside assistance provided through each vehicle manufacturer (Toyota, Kia, Ford roadside services). For accidents, call 911 first, then contact us. See our Roadside Assistance page for manufacturer helpline numbers.
Late Returns & Key Drop
Returning your vehicle outside office hours? No problem.
Park in the designated spot
Return the vehicle to our office at 103 2nd St E, Revelstoke BC V0E 2S0. Park in the marked RevyCar space.
Use the key drop box
Drop the keys into the secure key box located at the office entrance. The box is clearly labeled.
Text us a confirmation
Send a text to +1 250-814-6000 confirming the return, including the current odometer reading and any notes. We'll process the return the next business day.
Late returns have a 3-hour grace period. After the grace period, an additional day's rental will be charged. If you know you'll be late, let us know in advance.
