How to Pickup Your Vehicle
Picking up your car upon arrival is easy and efficient. Our team will be in contact with you to provide detailed instructions 24-48 hours before your arrival or departure. RevyCar does not have a dedicated desk or physical location at the Calgary Airport.
You will be provided with a parking QR code for use to enter or exit the Calgary Airport parkade. The parkade will be chosen based on which terminal you arrive to (International, Domestic). The vehicle is a 2-5 minute walk from the arrivals exit.
Upon arriving to the vehicle, you will complete the self serve process. This process verifies your Photo ID, capture payment and deposit, and uploads photos. It is vital that you have access to your phone and cell phone data service. No app is required. The car will then unlock automatically and the keys will be inside the vehicle in our RFID blocking bag. If your vehicle is a Ford, the car will be unlocked upon arrival however you will still need to proceed with the self serve process (Ford does not allow remote access via third party apps so we must unlock manually).
Once you have the vehicle, you can exit the parkade with the QR code and continue on your way.
How to Drop Off Your Vehicle
Dropping the vehicle off at Calgary International Airport is simple and requires minimal action on your part. Instructions on closing out your reservation will be sent 24 hours before your drop off time. It is important that you arrive at the specified time to avoid additional charges due to late/early parking fees. If your arrival time is different than your rental agreement, contact us to update as soon as possible so we can schedule the parking appropriately.
