Zero tolerance smoking/vaping policy
- •No smoking or vaping in any vehicle
- •Violation fee: Up to $1,000 cleaning/damage fee
- •This policy is strictly enforced
Pet Policy
Pets ride with our advance OK, in a carrier or clipped into a pet harness
- •Pets need our written OK — ask when you book
- •Carrier or pet harness at all times
- •$250 minimum pet cleaning fee if required
Mileage Policy
200 km/day included with all rentals
- •200 km per day included
- •$0.35/km over the included distance ($0.19/km beyond a purchased distance package)
- •Odometer readings recorded at pickup and return
Late Return Policy
An hour’s grace on your return. After that, it’s $15 for every hour, and past 4 hours it’s a full day instead.
- •An hour’s grace on your return, then $15 an hour. Past 4 hours it’s another day.
- •After grace period, additional day charged
- •Please contact us if you expect to be late
Minimum Rental
1 day minimum rental
- •Minimum rental period is 1 day (24 hours)
- •Hourly rentals are not available
- •Weekly and monthly rates available
Payment & Non-Payment
Valid payment method required at all times during rental
- •Credit card required on file
- •If your credit card is declined and we cannot reach you, the vehicle may be reported as stolen after 48 hours.
- •Keep your contact information up to date
Important Notice
All policies are outlined in your rental agreement. By signing the agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these policies. Violations may result in additional charges or termination of the rental.
Additional Information
Vehicle Equipment
All vehicles have automatic transmission. All vehicles equipped with premium 3-peak mountain snowflake rated winter tires during winter months (Oct–Apr). All vehicles come equipped with standard safety features and are regularly maintained.
Fuel Policy
All vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and should be returned full. If the vehicle is returned with less than a full tank, missing fuel is charged at the local pump price plus $0.22/L, along with a $9.99 refuelling service charge.
Cleaning
Vehicles should be returned in a reasonably clean condition. Normal dirt from mountain driving is expected, but excessive dirt, sand, mud, or debris may result in a cleaning fee.
