RevyCar offers easy and efficient self serve options for customers comfortable with using their smartphone and who require pickup or drop-off services outside our regular business hours or at a location other than our home office.

Our self-serve option is offered as a perk, and is not a guarantee of service. Technical issues can arise which may prevent access to the vehicle. If utilizing the service outside our business hours, RevyCar does not guarantee that the process will succeed nor do we offer refunds for authentication failures. If we are unable to verify your ID through Vouch, or your credit card cannot process the payment, you will need to come in during our office hours to process the pickup.
Do not rely on self-serve if:
- Your Driver’s license is unsupported (Visit Vouched)
- Your Driver’s License is damaged/broken
- You cannot wait until phone service is available in case of error (Phone service available 9AM-9PM Mon-Sun)
- You do not have a valid credit card in your name
Self Serve Process

Step-by-Step Overview
You will receive an email with instructions to start your rental:

Step 1
You will be asked to sign your rental agreement.

Step 2
You will review your rental agreement overview

Step 3
You will validate deposit and payment will be made in full.

Step 4
Driver validation will proceed. It is required you allow camera and location access!





Photos
You will be asked to take photos of the vehicle at certain angles. It is very important that you follow this step precisely. In the event of damage, we will analyze the before and after photos carefully.
What Happens if There Is an Error?
If you encounter an error, it is likely due to inability to validate driver ID or inability to communicate with the vehicle to unlock. In any of these case, please reach out to us as soon as possible through email, text or phone.
